Another example of how hormone health = overall health. Eating a balanced, whole food diet is key for happy hormones and a smooth cycle.

That said, perfection isn’t the goal—it’s all about balance. Did I have leftover birthday cheesecake for breakfast the other day? Absolutely.

But I also know that 90% of the time, I’m fueling my body with what it needs to thrive. So, don’t stress over the occasional indulgence—enjoy it, move on, and keep showing up for yourself.
